Deliveries
Local delivery for all furniture is available. Please note that lead times provided are approximate. The customer is responsible for ensuring accessibility and clearance for deliveries involving elevators, stairs, hallways, etc. In cases where furniture cannot be delivered as-is and requires modification, redelivery fees and modification charges may apply.
Warranty
We provide a lifetime warranty on the frame and craftsmanship of our upholstered pieces (this includes seams and tufting). The warranty will be considered void if signs of abuse or misuse are identified.
Repairs
We offer a 5 day grace period after delivery to report any issues with your purchase. We will waive the pick up transportation fee and make the necessary adjustments to correct before delivering back to you. If you do not report defects within the 5 day grace period, transportation fees will apply. All repair services must be arranged through our designated delivery company for pickup and delivery.
Please take note of the following information
Our upholstery grade fabrics comply with both state and federal thermal requirements. There is no warranty provided for the fabric. Upholstery grade fabric has a double rub count ranging from 30,000 to 100,000. Depending on fabric content, excessive friction on fabric can lead to fiber pilling. Down & Down Alternatives require regular fluffing. Please be aware, due to the handmade nature of all of our products there may be slight variations in color and measurements. Designers and industry professionals are responsible for the decisions made on behalf of their clients.
